Golfers

• Most importantly the safety of all players is paramount so we are incorporating a few changes for this year's event.
  
• *Currently we are scheduled for a Shot-gun Start at 10:00 am.  However, should guidance change, we will be prepared to alter the schedule to a tee time start off of two nines.  We will keep you posted, but are working with the course to address any changes that may come our way.
• All registration will take place in advance and on line or through phone/email.  On-site registration or payment will not be available.
• We will provide starting hole number in advance to assist with the start.
  
• The open out-door deck and lawn at Elmridge will allow for a safe gathering location after play.  Food service both during and following play is included in your fee.  We are currently working with the course for the easiest, safest and tastiness manner to serve you.
• As an extra gift, your on-course contests are included in your entry fee this year, replacing the separately priced contest card.
• Raffle prizes will be available and we're working through proper awarding of those in the coming weeks.
• Any local rules regarding play, pins, safety measures etc. will be provided to you in advance.
  
• $125.00 per player which will include golf, cart, food service, contests and a great day to play!  (Note:  two-person carts are now allowed under state guidance).
• We are limited to the first 100 players.
  
• What hasn't changed is the MTA Cup!  Which team will take that home this year?

Volunteers

• Not a golfer but want a great day in the sunshine, watching your colleagues curse over missed shots and lost golf balls?  Oh yeah, it's fun!  Help with registration, on-course witness spots, general help, photos and more!
