The recreational marine services industry is one filled with diversity attracting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds;
electronics to engineering; painting to carpentry; highly mechanical systems repair to equipment handling. To sustain a highly trained workforce, cultivation of the next generation is critical.
CMTA will be embarking on new workforce development initiatives in 2016 to further supplement today’s staffing needs as well as to ensure that productivity into the future.

Riverside Yacht Club in Greenwich CT, has an opening for an Assistant Waterfront Manager which is a year round position. Ideal candidate must be computer savvy, have boating experience and meet the qualifications for a USCG Launch Operators License. They should also be mechanically inclined to perform boat/dock/mooring maintenance, have experience supervising staff as well as being pleasant and professional with our membership.
